* Workout with a friend, be sure you have a friend that can help you set your goals and you can also help them complete theirs.
* Be patient, as long as you are following your set goals then you should start to see results in as little as six weeks.
* At the end of 2011 look at your list and congratulate yourself on all your hard work.
