- Stay Active, walk whenever you can instead of driving and do little things like wash you car instead of taking it to the car wash.
- Lose weight with a friend, its so much easier having a good support system with a friend than by doing it alone.
- Keep small portions of food on your plate and don't over eat.
- snack on healthy foods like an apple or popcorn between meals.
- It might be hard but always eat low calorie and healthy foods on your plate before the fattening ones. This way by the time you make it to the fattening foods you'll be too full to eat them all.
- Try to exercise at least 10-20 minutes a day. Switch up your routine often so you don't get bored.
- Its okay to eat chocolate just make sure its dark chocolate and don't over indulge, a little is all you need.
- Eat at least 3 healthy meals a day.
